Job Description

Regional, award-winning law firm looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.This well-established legal practice has built a loyal client base over the years who use their services time and time again and know its their staff that is their most valuable asset. This is why they offer their employees a friendly and flexible workingenvironment, a competitive salary for the area, a generous pension scheme, private health care and 25 days annual holiday.Within this Corporate Commercial Solicitor role, the successful candidate will be working across a varied caseload which may include mergers, acquisitions, takeovers and disposals. The day-to-day duties of this role will be:

  • Supporting Fee Earners with their clients and caseloads
  • Ensure that standards of matter conduct, file management, administration, time-recording and accounting are maintained
  • Attend networking events in order to build/maintain their client base
  • Providing strategic advice in relation to exit planning
  • Advising on external investment
  • Assisting in business development and marketing opportunities
