Conveyancing SecretaryUp to £25,000BCR/RM/10799Perry BarrAre you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary looking for a change in sceneryBell Cornwall Recruitment are offering a great opportunity to work for a family run, high street law firm based in Perry Barr.Job description:

  • Preparing and drafting documents such as Land Registry forms and lease extensions
  • Taking internal and external telephone queries
  • Assisting with the billing process
  • Completion of statements and forms
  • Opening files
  • Sending contract packs and requesting cheques
The ideal candidate:
  • Strong audio typist
  • Experienced Conveyancing Secretary
  • Great organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills
