Contracts Supervisor - Industrial and Commercial Roofing and Cladding RefurbishmentsLocation: Birmingham, UKSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (subject to experience) + Car/Expenses, Laptop, and MobileAbout: My client is a leading specialist in industrial and commercial roofing and cladding refurbishments, with a strong presence in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, they pride themselves on theircommitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.As a Contracts Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the execution of roofing and cladding refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the successfuldelivery of projects on time and within budget. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate roofing and cladding refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and liaise with subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Resolve issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a Contracts Supervisor role within the industrial and commercial roofing and cladding sector.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding materials, systems, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction projects.
  • A relevant qualification in construction or a related field is desirable.
