Job Description

Job Title: Compliance ManagerIndustry: Financial PlanningLocation: BirminghamSalary: Up to £55,000 (salary negotiable dependent on experience)Job Reference: 15427Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Manager in the West Midlands to join a Financial Services Firm near Birmingham.They are looking for someone to oversee the day to day compliance and functions in the office. This will involve managing oversight of file reviews, FCA communication and applications, financial sign off, day to day compliance requirements, managing advisersand providing assistance where needed to improve compliance in the business.They provide holistic financial planning, primarily in investments and pensions. This role will see you overseeing the processes in the company, improving these where required and being the go to member of staff for compliance queries from the file reviewers.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next step up in compliance and opportunity to oversee the majority of the compliance functions.Whats in it for you:

Skills and experience required:
  • Compliance Management experience, ideally in an IFA
  • Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma (CII, LIBF, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Financial Planning compliance and regulations
