Fully remote Complaints Officer position. The role is working for a large housing association.Client DetailsMy client is a large housing association looking for a temporary Complaints Officer to join their organisation for a minimum of 3 months.DescriptionAct as the first point of contact for formal complaints in the organisationEnsure that complaints are dealt with in line with the Ombudsmans requirements and business policy and procedureOversee the complaints database, ensuring that the necessary information is logged accurately and in a timely mannerIdentify lessons learnt through complaints and work with the Strategic Operations Manager to ensure that they are embedded in the companys servicesBuild effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Develop supporting materials and resources and provide training.To support the other Strategic Operations Officers with the delivery of training.Assist with any necessary feedback to individual colleagues, managers, or teams.To handle and respond to Ombudsman requests for information (enquires and investigation packs)Work with the team to ensure that all information is collated and prepared to a good quality and provided to the Ombudsman within the required time frame.ProfileExperience dealing with complaints in a regulated industry.Knowledge and understanding of software and data packages including advanced Excel.Experience of analysing complex data and identifying key trends and issues and making recommendations for improvements.Experience and knowledge of housing and tenancy management law and practices.Keen attention to detailExperience of providing excellent customer service.Strong organisational skillsJob Offer
