Job Description

To deliver the organisations internal communication plan to support colleague engagement and reflect their cultural ambition. Implement and measure the effective internal communication channels, creating engaging content that provides staff with the informationthey need to achieve the organisations objectives.Client DetailsMy client is a not-for-profit provider of affordable housing for those in need. Everything they do is about people - whether thats providing a good quality, safe home or helping someone to live an independent life.DescriptionKey responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implement the annual internal communications plan aligned to the organisations strategy and objectives.
  • Research, write, and edit content for internal channels - including our intranet, cascade briefing, employee newsletters and other channels- working with, and advising, stakeholders as required.
  • Continue development of two-way communication channels to effectively reach all audiences.
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders from key business areas to provide support and deliver communication content to achieve objectives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communications activity and report regularly.
ProfileThe successful candidate be/have:
  • Experience of developing effective stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high quality work to meet deadlines
  • Able to create compelling campaigns and content, looking for innovative solutions to drive engagement.
