Already working on behalf of a number of high profile clients who are household names,the appointed Commercial Property Partner will be able to further develop the commercial property offerings together with managing your own caseload of real estate transactions.THE CANDIDATE:As the appointed Commercial Property Partner you will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record to date and will be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law but may well be feeling frustrated by your current firms direction. You willideally be a Partner and will have developed a depth of knowledge in all areas including ideally development and investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters. You will have developed a strong network of contacts (that will be onlytoo pleased to instruct you on future matters) and will be a strong and motivational leader.
