Job Description

Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge in Commercial PropertyMy client, an excellent Legal 200 Law firm based in Birmingham are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor on a full-time basis.The Role:As the successful Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have a range of duties and responsibilities, which will largely consist of managing your own caseload of files from inception to completion, which may include:

  • Landlord and tenant
  • Development and regeneration schemes
  • Acquisitions of affordable housing units
  • Joint venture
  • Deeds of easements, deeds of variation & licence.
Requirements:To be suitable for this Commercial Property Solicitor position, you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience in Real Estate and be competent in running your own workload.This role would be suited to an individual with 2-5 years PQE and has excellent attention to detail.Benefits:
