The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the firms clients, ranging from SMEs to large corporations, ensuring their property transactions are executed with precision and care.Key Responsibilities:- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property contracts and agreements.- Advising on property finance, development projects, and land use.- Conducting due diligence and risk assessments for property transactions.- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure a seamless service.Essential Skills & Experience:- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.- Minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law.- Strong technical knowledge and experience in commercial property transactions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.The firm is committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity, providing a supportive environment where talent thrives.
