Job Description

Commercial Property Assistant with experience of service charge budgets and leases is needed for this newly created role within a large blue chip firm. Acting as first point of contact across the property portfolio, youll be dealing with both landlord investors and prestigious corporate tenants. As Commercial Property Assistant, you will be client facing, as such youll need excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the corporate property sector.Commercial Property Assistant:

  • Main point of contact for all property specific queries from a range of sources, both internal and external, in respect of the clients property portfolio
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve property issues
  • Property inspections to identify any property issues and any opportunities to enhance use of the property
  • Dealing with Lease queries, boundary disputes and assisting with CPSEs
  • Preparing repairing liability summaries from legal documentation
  • Collating and submitting monthly client fees
  • Assist in Drafting/Approving change notes and invoices and monthly funding requests
  • Helping to manage Client helpdesk
  • Instructing Client legal services team for advice
  • Assisting with renewals of licences and permits
  • Analysing and manipulating data from client database.
  • Dealing with applications for landlords consents, with reference to lease conditions, liaison with external consultants and solicitors where necessary.
  • Assisting with service charge payments, recharges, annual budgets and variance reporting
  • Providing additional Senior Administrators support to the Corporate Real Estate occupier management team
