Job Description

Role Introduction Advanced are looking for an Internal Auditor to help assess our internal functions and delivery against commercial contracts for compliance and continuous improvement. The role will have responsibility over full scope of our IT Outsourced operations coveringboth Public and Private sectors. This role will be key to ensuring we deliver customer success. What You Will Do

  • Scoping audits and creating checklists to confirm the delivery of contracted services
  • Scheduling and liaising with service delivery and legal to organise audits and request preparatory documentation
  • Executing audits against service delivery and account management teams
  • Reporting audit findings to management; including major and minor non-compliances with the contracts, and any recommendations,
  • Recording, maintaining, and tracking of issues / corrective actions
What You Will Have
  • Qualified or Experienced Auditorpreferably in the field of contractual compliance and/or IT Service Delivery, understanding of ITIL/ISO20000
  • Experience in regulatory and/or legal compliance within Health and Financial sectors
  • Experience or understanding of the delivery of IT Managed Services and/or public sector regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work, ability to work autonomously
  • Strong sense of discretion, appreciating the confidentiality of the work.
