Job Description

Commercial Director Midlands £125,000 p.a. + benefitsLead commercial strategy and drive revenue growth for successful growing UK companyThe RoleAs Commercial Director you will manage the commercial processes of the business including revenue generation, costing and pricing dynamics, customer retention and retailing strategies. You will capitalise on regional growth opportunities to deliver positive social, economic and corporate benefit, overseeing the stakeholder engagement strategy and managing the delivery of a challenging commercial plan. Responsibilities include:

  • developing / delivering business strategy to achieve forecast and planned profit targets
  • designing / delivering media and stakeholder engagement and retention strategies
  • implementing community engagement & environmental improvement plans
  • leading on company project initiatives and innovation strategies
    • The CompanyOur client is a major European business with B2C customer focused activities throughout the UK and is a major successful and still growing player in their market sector.The PersonAs Commercial Director you will have a track record of delivering profitable revenue growth in a commercial business with successful leadership experience from a retail / marketing / customer focused sector. With a relevant marketing or business qualification, the role requires:

  • ability to forecast, plan, measure and deliver financial targets
  • experience developing / delivering branding strategies
