Experience RequiredYou must be a senior management level candidate such as a Commercial Director, General Manager, Sales Director or Regional Director ideally from within the building services industry, such as BMS, Controls, HVAC, air conditioning, central plant (heatingor cooling) Combined Heat and Power (CHP), heat networks, heat pumps, ventilation, MVRH and other renewable technologies. You must have a background of creating impressive sales growth through effective deployment of sales strategies, people and budget management.A high level of commercial ability is required so management of sales budgets, P&L, contractual and legislative experience are desired. You must have an entrepreneurial approach, be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced corporate environment. The sales teamis well established and high performing so it is imperative that you are able to quickly assimilate the corporate dynamic to maximise sales performance.
