Are you ready for an exciting opportunity that embraces Clinical Trials, Regional travel and no day being the sameWe are seeking a full-time Regional Lead to join our dynamic team. This role demands your dedication for 39.5 hours, spread across 5 days a week, Monday to Friday working in the regions of London, Birmingham, and Cambridge.As our esteemed Regional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Clinical Service Manager and managing multiple trials. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the optimal performance of remote clinical units in the south such as London,Birmingham, and Cambridge regions. To achieve this, youll be responsible for staffing units efficiently and ensuring Quality compliance with study requirements.In addition to supporting Unit leads with service delivery challenges and conducting regional site visits, which will require travel and, in some circumstance, overnight stays your flexibility will shine through as you may be required to provide clinicalsupport on the units. Youll collaborate with our Clinical, Operational, Quality department and HR to oversee clinical staff training and onboarding, emphasizing your ability to work independently and take initiative.We are seeking registered nurses with an active pin, with a minimum of 2 years experience in clinical research setting and adept people management skills. Your attention to detail and self-motivation will be invaluable as you tackle tasks under pressureand meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, will aid in your ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.Moreover, this role demands full UK residency, a valid driving license, and suitable transportation provisions, as travel is a significant aspect of the position, encompassing the UK.At EMS, we believe in nurturing our employees just as they work hard to support us.
