Your further progression within the team is structured and immediately apparent, paving the way to develop into a more senior position. Owing to transferable skills, the firm is keen to speak to those of a mixed PI / Clin neg background, or those from a PI background that show talent and drive in moving to clinical negligence. In this role you will work on catastrophic claims and will advise at inquests. The leaders of the team will see your development and success as a strategic importance for the team.
