Job Description

I am now recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to join a thriving global eCommerce agency based in the heart of Birmingham.As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be a confident communicator, more than able to communicate with all levels of seniority to a high level, across both clients and colleagues. You will have experience in a previous client-facing role, whether thatbe account management or similar.Location: Birmingham (hybrid)Salary: Up to £50k (not incl commission)

  • At least to years experience in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and e-commerce software is desired but not essential
  • Strong Negotiation and influencing skills, using these skills to promote new sales opportunities
  • Commercially savvy and aware
  • Happy to manage client relationships and be focused on growth for them and for the agency
  • Capable of ensuring the existing clients are satisfied through after sales care, as well as using their feedback to improve future service
  • Experience in researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy
  • Staying up to date with new sales opportunities
  • Confidence to give presentations to clients about products or services
  • Experience using analytics platforms to create clear success reports
  • Exposure to relevant software including Jira and other project management tools
  • The confidence to give presentations to clients about the success of the product
  • Acting as a point of contact for complaints
The right candidate will be a trusted advisor, extremely skilled in the arts of negotiation and communication. You will be a natural sales person, but above all that you will be someone who lives and breathes good customer service.
