Job Description

Client Project Manager | Tech into Rail | Flexible Working | Up to £70k + BonusOur client, a scaling, award-winning company at the forefront of workplace safety technology in the Rail Industry, is seeking a dynamic Client Project Manager to spearhead a transformative project for an internationally renowned client. This hybrid role combinesthe responsibilities of an Account Manager and Project Manager, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored implementation plans for rail clients to expand technology adoption and generate new opportunities.
  • Create growth strategies focusing on financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply expertise in addressing client safety challenges to drive solutions and boost adoption.
  • Ensure solutions are executed with a clear roadmap, guaranteeing long-term value.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product, demonstrating its alignment with customer needs and value.
  • Strategically plan and execute pilots and deployments, effectively managing client demands and resource constraints.
  • Generate comprehensive reports, case studies, and proposals to aid pilot-to-deployment transitions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to future implementation tactics, influencing the company’s roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in relationship management, client projects, or operational roles within the rail sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the rail and infrastructure sector, ideally in sales or account management.
  • ‘Commercial flair’ for swiftly identifying and assessing growth opportunities, product improvements, and tech applications.
  • Experience being trackside.
  • Strong rail industry understanding and infrastructure work expertise.
  • Proven track record managing demanding projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with trackside safety, including risks, terminology, culture, and systems.
Nice to have:
  • PTS certification.
  • PRINCE2 or similar project management qualifications.
  • Safe work pack planning experience.
