I am currently recruiting for a Dutch Speaking Client Delivery Executive to work for a Telemarketing company based in the heart of Birmingham. The salary range for this position is £18,000.Duties as a Client Delivery Executive will include: To be a professional and effective telemarketer, meeting the minimum company KPIs. Ensure understanding of objectives and targets of the project, and report project progress to the Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager on an on-going basis.Assist Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager in training of temporary workers and new staff.To shadow the Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager, therefore ensuring adequate training is provided to meet your own requirements.Inform the Client Delivery Co-ordinator or Client Delivery Manager Team Leader at the earliest opportunity if there are any issues with any of the assigned projects.
