Our highly established and rapidly growing real estate client, based just outside the centre of Birmingham is looking for dynamic and determined Client Accountant to join their rapidly growing and progressive accounts function. This is a fantastic role fora progressive Assistant Accountant to take a step up into and have more stakeholder involvement, or an experienced Client Accountant to enjoy working with an incredible business for the long term in a steady, involving role.No two days will ever look the same in this role. You will be supporting the transactional function with processing over ledgers for a clients portfolio, relating to charges such as rent, insurance, utilities and service charge over a commercial portfolio.You will be using your excelent knowledge of spreadsheets to report externally for clients, and spend a great amount of time on the phone to manage these stakeholders. The sheer diversity of tasks is not to be underestimated in this position and you willhave to be an adaptable character.
