Job Description

Cleaning Team LeaderExceptional Team EnvironmentGreat company BenefitsWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Cleaning Team Leader to join a superstore in Central Birmingham. The successful candidate will be flexible to work shifts across a 7 day week, maintain high standards of cleanliness and have proven experience cleaningand leading a team.Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team of around 10 people
  • Organising shift patterns to meet business requirements
  • Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
  • Cleaning and maintaining the premises to a high standard
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required
  • Attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Good communications skills
  • Team leading experience
  • Great organisational skills
  • Initiative due to having to make decisions and lead a team.
