Job Description

The Company:

  • Market leading supplier within the external building products and cladding industries.

The Role:
  • Selling full range of brick, stone, cladding and cladding solutions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for winning specifications with architects and housing developers as well as breaking specifications with Main Contractors.
  • Covering Midlands
  • This is an exciting opportunity for the proven specification sales professional to step in and manage an array of high profile projects.
  • Must have an understanding of the cladding Industry or an envelope product.
  • Excellent Salary, Pensions, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Phone, Mobile, Car / Car Allowance.
The Ideal Person:
  • Excellent experience within specifications selling.
  • Experience in selling into developers, main contractors and architects and installers.
  • A stable work history with a proven and consistent track record of hitting sales targets and influencing the route to market.
  • Focused and dedicated to delivering the potential growth of this area.
  • Our client is looking for someone who is result driven with a proven record, professional, vibrant, self-motivated and a desire to succeed.
