We have great products, great people and great customers.We are currently recruiting for a CiBO Global Brand Manager.The successful candidate will drive and develop the Lincat CiBO brand into a world-beating globally recognised brand, delivering the plans and expectations of the business to achieve growth and marketpresence.Key Areas of Responsibilities Recommending and developing strategies to position the brand for growth. Analysing brands of competitors, consumer trends, and purchasing behaviours. Designing and supervising content such as press releases, artwork, print, and digital media. Monitoring the performance of our brand through key performance indicators (KPI). Achieving profit targets, timelines, and budgets. Organising product launches and promotional events. Supporting future designs and improvement. Maintaining and growing the brands affiliations and partnerships. Maintaining contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input. Training and development of our Sales Teams & Partners. Project management to ensure all gateway processes are hit. Management of warranty/ aftersales data and creation of a continuous improvement process.Knowledge and Skills Competent on Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent knowledge of a CRM system. Strong Knowledge of the Foodservice Equipment Market. Have basic technical knowledge of Foodservice equipment. Exceptional communication skills and ability to establish and maintain credible working relationships internally and externally. Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects, with excellent delegation skills. Have a clean UK drivers Licence. Level of Education/ Experience and Personal Attributes. Proven track record for a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and a background in food service or product management. Commercial-minded with strong analytical thinking. A team player who puts team objectives ahead of personal interests. Pro-active and challenging, with entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
