With group-wide responsibility for the management and control of credit, market, operational and reputational risks, we have a unique vantage point which allows us a holistic view of our businesses and our clients. Risk at Deutsche Bank is relied upon to help shape the strategy of the organisation and the wider industry agenda.Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing changes to the Client Assets (CASS) rules and assessing the impact on the Banks processes
  • Designing, developing and implementing efficient control processes within Operations to ensure/maintain compliance with CASS regulations
  • Owning gap analysis, processing re-engineering and implementation tasks for discrete processes within London Branch
  • Responding to requests for information from regulators and auditors
  • Overseeing daily CASS processes across stakeholder groups, to ensure ongoing compliance, including: CASS Resolution Pack, Client Money and Asset Reporting (CMAR), quality assurance, development of management information and management of governance forums
    • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Solid experience of working in Operations within a financial services firm, including knowledge of front-to-back trade flows and the management of control processes
  • Business analysis experience, including as-is/to-be gap analysis, process mapping, stakeholder management, etc
  • Experience of successfully designing and deploying new processes in a large and complex financial organisation
  • Experience of leading (or significant contribution to) Financial Services regulatory projects
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills, at all levels of seniority
