Caseworker, Immigration Law. Birmingham. £25,000 + Bonus + Benefits & Training programme. This role is working for one of the UKs most successful Immigration Law firms based near Birmingham. This is a 360 exposure role allowing this individual to develop their expertise in all areas of law. Our client wants to express that this role will be fascinating, emotional, fun and faced paced. A sense of humour and a willingness to succeed is essential. Importantly, this company are committed to providing continued training and development allowing the successful applicant to progress their career in Law.Immigration work will include but is not limited to work under the Points Based Tier System, Nationality applications, Deportation, Removal, Detention and bail, Family based applications, European law/residence permits and in country applications for leave to remain.Experience in handling appeals (advocacy not a requirement) is also a requirement. Understanding and experience in lodging and handling administrative Review and Judicial review cases is an advantage.The role requires an individual that is educated to degree level and having preferably obtained a 2:1 or above although all applications will be considered.
