Job Description

Your New RoleA unique opportunity to join a new team within the Estates Property division and help shape the development and delivery of a project to dispose of surplus property assets, ensuring that the organisation has an estate of the right size, condition and location.The role can be based in any of our offices and there is a requirement to attend an office location at least once a week. This may involve occasional travel.What youll be leading on

  • Disposal and management of the companys property assets
  • Managing day-to-day case work on property transactions, ensuring all transactions demonstrate that value for money solutions are achieved in line with legislation and policy
  • Collation and analysis of relevant information to make decisions and inform effective decision making
  • Accurately maintaining the companys property records, financial and other administrative records using the companys systems to comply with statutory and internal procedures
  • Managing suppliers and monitoring performance taking action to address issues as required
To be successful
  • Evidence of successfully delivering projects to time
  • Ability to manage and prioritise work to deadlines
  • Working experience managing projects, contractors and/or suppliers
  • Ability to collaborate and lead as appropriate to deliver requirements
  • Ability to convey complex information to suppliers and contractors.
  • Ability to examine and interpret complex information and obtain further information to make accurate decisions
  • Flexible approach to work as tasks may vary
  • Knowledge of computer systems including MS Word and Excel
  • Recently qualified or working towards a professional property qualification is desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of working in an estate management/property environment is desirable
