A forward thinking and global professional services firm are seeking a Case Management Implementation Manager with solid experience utilising Visual Files (or equivalent Case Management System) to join them on an initial 12-month FTC paying up to £35K. This role is based in either Birmingham or Manchester with some national travel (once restrictions are lifted).Day to day within this you will be responsible for project managing the rollout of VisualFiles across a busy department of around 30 individuals. This is a hands-on role with full system set up, document management and creating a training programme across multi offices. Further to this the most important aspect of the role is process mapping the current busines model and how Visual Files will sit within that to help streamline workflow and efficiency. The ideal candidate will come from a corporate/ professional services background and you MUST have prior experience and knowledge of how VisualFiles works. This is not a IT based role, it would suit someone who can strategically analyse how to utilise new systems and roll out to result in change. You will be a driven, committed, and analytical individual with excellent IT skills. This role involves a great amount of communication and stakeholder management so you must be comfortable speaking to people at all levels. If this sounds of interest, then apply now!
