Job Description

Scope:Consult are proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a global-leading organisation in the Hearing Device Implant space; the manufacturer have forged a reputation as a world leader, developing cutting-edge, implantable hearing solutions - helpingrestore hearing and connect people to a world of sound.We are now looking for a sales-driven individual from a Surgical background to work as a Business Manager for the Midlands, overseeing all commercial aspects of the Public & Private customer portfolio, working closely with ENT and Audiology departments throughoutthe region.If you are an adaptable sales professional with a strong commercial desire, looking to work for an innovative, market-leading company and passionate about patient outcome, this could be an interesting prospect for you.Responsibilities:

  • To develop and deliver the UK & Ireland sales strategy in the Midlands and deliver agreed sales revenues in this region
  • Assist in growing the market for the highly technical, specialist portfolio of implantable solutions, as part of the overall UK and individual territory sales objectives
  • Provide business, product and surgical support to customers both in person and by remote access; supporting with presentation materials, clinical guidelines and other materials
  • Support ENT and multi-disciplinary teams providing recipients with a Bone-anchored acoustic solution
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams for industry exposure, developing market share and for training purposes
About You:
  • 4-5 years recent experience with Medical Device sales, ideally with a surgical support background
  • Experience of working in a theatre setting, conducting appropriate level conversation with multi-disciplinary Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
  • Strong sales track record within a relative Medical sector
  • Advanced understanding of hearing implantable solutions and services, ideal but not essential
  • Excellent management, presentation, MS Office and communication skills
