Job Description

Business Development - SaaSRemote based - Full Home Setup£40,000 to £50,000 Basic Plus OTE £70,000Were searching for a business development manager to be a foundational member of our clients UK software sales team. You will need natural business development skills and self determination to be able to hit the ground running as a leading member of ourteam.This role is an opportunity for you to be hands-on in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment. If youre successful, there will be opportunities for career development within a rapidly growing business.You will

  • Develop a pipeline through outbound activity, partnership referrals and your own network
  • Own the full sales cycle including planning, calling, qualifying, obtaining and closing new businessopportunitiestoachieveandexceedyourpersonaltargets
  • Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline forecasting and deal statuses using a variety of tools (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Provide insights and feedback into value proposition and commercial positioning of theproduct
  • Collaborate with your team members across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Operations to relay customerfeedback
  • Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows and industry events to cement our placement in the UK market as a trustedbrand
  • Assist our customer success team to successfully onboard new clients
  • Stay on top of industry trends through research and networks
  • Assist the marketing team with new content creation to build brand awareness
  • Strategize and initiate partnership opportunities with industry leadingproviders
Requirements
  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on software sales experience with proven ability to achieve your quarterly goals
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or at a distance from your team
  • Procient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, identifying target customers, evaluating buyer interest, recognising decision-making processes, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations, selling complex solutions, writing proposals, objectionhandling and negotiating
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative workstyle
  • Tech-savvy. Ability to learn and understand newsoftware
  • Agile, ambitious, and motivated to be the best at everything you do.
