Job Description

Business Development Manager (Air Tools/Pneumatic) £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE 55K) + Car + 25 Days Holiday + HealthcareBirmingham, Covering the MidlandsAre you an experienced BDM or Account Manager with external sales experience looking a role covering a local patch, offering you complete autonomy to plan your schedule and the responsibility to manage your own successIn this role you will be responsible for the drumming up new business, managing key accounts and sourcing leads for a market leader within the Pneumatics Industry. This will include working from home and also visiting prospect customers and existing clientsaround the Midlands. The role is new business bias, and you will be rewarded for your efforts through a generous bonus scheme.This company was originally founded in 1850 and has slowly diversified its products and service to generate a turnover of over £21 million. With plans to expand nationwide and increase their service portfolio, theyre looking to train up the next generationof Engineers to take the company to the next level.This role would suit a Business Development Manager, Account Manager with external sales experience or similar looking for a Monday-Friday role within a stable, growing company offering a competitive salary and generous bonus structure.The Role:

  • Identifying and chasing leads
  • Managing Key Accounts
  • Visiting Clients around the Midlands
  • Working from home on admin when not travelling to clients
