Business Development ManagerThe Role: The new role of BDM is a vital position to their growth strategy. You will be selling plant hire solutions to end user clients such as Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Local Authorities, and other End Users across the Midlands. Ourclient can source and deliver anything required on site from a range of supply agreements with their partners. This is a new business focussed position where you will be building a portfolio of clients, but also inheriting a small account base to get you started,utilising your historic customer relationships to hit the ground running. Supported by Internal Sales Executives, you will build relationships, talk people through the solution, and show added value to end user site processes. As a start-up there is flexibilityand a genuine career pathway for those that want it as well as a very lucrative earning potential.The Company: This organisation is growing month on month and has had record quarters despite the pandemic. They have added to their team in a big way through 2020 & 2021 already and are continuing to do so. They have built up an impressiveportfolio of supply partners which give them a superb offering to their clients. They have recently had further investment and arenow looking to capitalise on that and hit the ground running for the second half of 2021.We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Experience in plant hire & construction equipment sales
An understanding of the construction market
Based across the Midlands
A pro-active new business hunter
A team player who shares their company values
Clean driving licence

Salary: £35k - £38k + £10-15k uncapped OTE + £6,000 car allowance + pension + 25 days holiday + laptop/mobileCandidate Location: Birmingham, Stoke, Worcester, Coventry, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Burton
