Job Description

Business Development Manager Salary: 40k + commission bonus payment Location: Nationwide (visits required to our head office in Telford, Shropshire) We have an exciting new opportunity for a knowledgeable Business Development Manager to work with a thriving care provider, assisting the team to grow further across the UK.To join our fantastic team, we are seeking a highly experienced salesperson with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work from their own initiative, a problem solver with exceptional inter-personal skills,resilience, who thrives under pressure.Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively seeking clients, developing, and maintaining long-term sustainable business relationships with corporate and business unit executives.
  • Network and establish connections, manage client engagements, whilst collaborating closely with the rest of the team to maintain consistent and relevant client communications.
  • Manage pipeline effectively to convert opportunities into applications and ensure we deliver on our quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop your knowledge of the care sector, competitors, new growth channels and obtaining feedback from clients regularly to ensure that client issues are settled in a swift and professional manner.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and liaise with management and stakeholders to provide relevant recommendations and input the company can utilise to better serve its clients.
  • Regularly attend face to face meetings as well as communicating via telephone call and email to engage with the clients and maintain business relationships.
  • Update and maintain the relevant system with up-to-date information regarding all relevant client details.
About You:Providing excellent service to our customers is at the core of our business and the reason we are so successful meaning that you must have a provable track record of providing excellent customer service.You must be able to exhibit your ability to meet targets and work towards KPIs with specific deadlines. Being proactive is essential and high-quality communication and negotiation skills are also required.Knowledge of bid writing, NHS frameworks, NHS trust, CCG frameworks, Local Authority Frameworks is desirable but not essential.Benefits:
