Job Description

Our products are genuinely liberating and transformative for their users, which is why 94% of our customers would recommend us to their friends.Due to continued business growth, we have requirement for a further Business Development Manager to join the Business Development Team here in Alfreton!As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Grow and develop our existing client relationships
  • Own client relationships & quarterly review process with their Manager
  • Be the first point of contact for all development opportunities
  • Work closely to assist in the development of both existing and new dealers, dealer groups and partners
  • Provide the required monthly/quarterly reports relating to performance, targets, and results for each account.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, always sharing best practice within the team
  • Constantly demonstrate full knowledge of all products and services on offer, ensuring the highest level of Customer Service is delivered to all customers
  • Attend shows and exhibitions, group development meetings, and successfully follow up on leads
  • Represent our company to the highest standard when dealing with customers and suppliers
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
  • Previous experience in business development
  • Be skilled at building and maintaining effective working relationships within B2C & B2B
  • Have a full clean driving license
  • Be a can-do employee, not be afraid of asking for the business and have a flexible attitude
  • Be able to demonstrate products confidently to disabled end users and business professionals alike in your capacity as our brand ambassador
  • Have IT skills, competent in the use of MS Office Suite
