Job Description

Business Development ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Business Development Manager based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will earn £35,000- £40,000 per annum plus realistic OTE of £50,000-£55,000+.The Midlands division is one of Insiders highly successful sales teams and in order to expand we are now looking for a strong new business development sales person to join the team.If you are keen to find a new sales role that rewards sales growth and also gives you great new career development prospects then read on.Role Requirements

  • Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong track record in growing clients and your territory.
  • Successful in both Account Management and New Business Development.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills at Board Director & Senior Manager level.
  • Ability to close business both face to face and over the telephone.
Role Responsibilities
  • Develop an established territory, to increase revenues from existing clients and secure support from new clients through strong consultative sales skills.
  • Secure advertising, sponsorship and leaflet revenues for the magazines, sponsorship for our range of events, and banner advertising and sponsorship of our range of online products.
  • Take new products to the market when they are launched.
