We listen, learn, and evolve as we strive to make Dains a great place to work.The Role:As Business Development Executive you will be primarily responsible for carrying out telesales activity, developing customer relationships with prospective targets and clients and maintaining our CRM systems to support the Dains Group telemarketing activities,including the execution of mailing campaigns and ensuring consistency of communication and follow up with all departments involved.You will be arranging meetings for Partners to meet with potential new clients, dealing with follow up meetings, exploring new lead opportunities and researching new prospects.Key Responsibilities as Business Development Executive:

  • You will be responsible for the cleansing of databases for telemarketing campaigns and additional promotional campaigns required by the Dains Group.
  • Arranging of new and potential client meetings.
  • You will responsible for executing the data input and update of data.
  • You will be responsible for executing the distribution of mailing campaigns required by the Dains Group.
  • You will be responsible for collating relevant information & research of prospective clients.

  • To be professional and approachable with clients and staff alike and to exercise diplomacy.
  • Demonstrate a high commitment to excellent client service and takes ownership of role.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and the workload of the team in your office.
  • Ability to communicate openly and build up excellent relationships with clients.
  • Not afraid to take on new challenges.
  • Good oral, numeric and written skills in order to effectively communicate with clients on a day to day basis.
  • To set an example, motivate junior staff and generate team spirit.
  • Creative and analytical in support of proposals for new markets/clients
