Job Description

Remote RoleSalary: £30K - £35K base (£50,000 OTE)The companyOur client are an innovative PropTech company. They provide an online auction marketplace and provide their technology to customers and their customers so they can sell online.Due to recent significant growth, we are looking to recruit business development executives, who have the skills, energy and passion needed to help them grow the customer base.About the roleThis is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow and harness their skills in a start-up environment as they accelerate growth over the next 12 months.Creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged. Most interactions will be over video and phone calls, Although some travel may be required within your region to attend client meetings. This is a front-facing, customer role, so communication and proactivityare key to your success. It is vital that you are a positive all-rounder, who doesnt mind getting involved in a wide range of activities across the business on an ad hoc basis.The person we are looking for has

  • At least 2 years of b2b sales experience
  • Passionate about great customer service
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in training and stakeholder management
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and proactive
  • Organised and responsible
  • Competent IT skills
  • Experience working with estate agents or in the property sector would be advantageous.
  • Own car driving licence.
What you get:
  • Salary: £30K - £35K base (£50,000 OTE)
  • Remote / Field Based (Regional travel required)
