You will be an excellent networker within industry organisations to ensure that Optionis/Parasol becomes the brandof choice.The Business Development Director reports into the Director of Agency Sales and will give input into direction and strategy of the wider sales function.As well as managing a team, you will be responsible for targeting and winning business with some of the larger MSP and recruitment organisations. You will develop compliant payroll solutions in true partnership with these organisations.Role Profile:
