Job Description

Business Change Lead 12 month FTC Birmingham£50,000 - £60,000 Pro RataPlease forward a Word copy of your CV if you wish to applyThis global Legal Professional Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US and Asia, has a reputation for delivering outstanding services and innovative product solutions. The business has established a track record for completing international assignments on behalf of a worldwide blue-chip client base. The development & implementation of internal legal technology capabilities has led to the creation of a new opportunity for a Business Change Lead to join an expanding Document Management team in a supportive role liaising with the project team and senior business stakeholders. Working at the heart of digital transformation, you will create clearly defined change maps per team and foster a strong network of Change Agents within the project team. As a Business Change Lead your broad brief includes:

  • Establish current working practices to assess the change impact and business readiness across key business teams
  • Identify and work closely with key business stakeholders to produce a business adoption plan per team
  • Integrate the central change management activities into each of the key business areas
  • Support training efforts; work closely with the Training Team to provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure engagement of key stakeholders and awareness of change activities/participation across the programme
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Become platform experts to enable the support and coaching of key stakeholders in each of the teams
    • As an experienced Business Change Lead, you will have 2 years+ experience of delivering large scale organisational change within a global Legal Services, Management Consultancy or other Professional services environment. You will have a solid understanding of the Change process and ideally have a change or project management qualification. As a Business Change Lead you will have demonstrable experience of liaising with global stakeholders, along with the ability to influence others and resilience to persevere to project completion.Applications only considered from those eligible to live & work in the UK without restriction.
