Business AnalystManaged Legal Services - 6 month contractRole OverviewPinsent Masons Vario provides a range of professional services to our clients. These include flexible legal provision, diversity & inclusion consultancy, legal project management, legal technology consultancy and managed legal services.We are developingour Managed Legal Services (MLS) to meet our clients challenges in developing innovative, lower cost delivery models. Service lines will include contracting support, conveyancing, claims management, mass actions, volume litigation, document reviews and companysecretarial among others.This role is responsible for providing business analysis support as required on a broad range of change programmes and client projects, including business transformation, process improvement and technology design/implementation. The business analyst willwork closely with delivery managers and stakeholders at all levels to identify and document business requirements, ensuring that the key business needs are met and translating them into user stories for service delivery teams.The business analyst will also produce change and communications materials as required including change impact and change readiness assessments, communication plans and associated communications.Theywill also work collaboratively with other members ofMLS to support delivery of change programmes and client projects as required, and to provide consultancy-type support to our wider Vario teams.Candidate OverviewIf you are the ideal candidate for us, youwill be a strong business analyst with experience of working in a programme and project delivery environment, and able to work with minimal supervision. You will be well organised with excellent communication skillsand the ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities. An analytical but pragmatic approach to problem-solving is essential, combined with commercial awareness to ensure that requirements are achievable and aligned with the firms strategy. Youwill also need to build strong working relationships with all levels of staff across MLS, the Vario Group, the firms lawyers and clients, so excellent communication skills are key.Preferably, you will hold aBusiness Analysis / Agile accreditation(e.g.AgileBA or BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis).
