They will join a team responsible for definition and delivery of transformational change across the organisation and IT system / processes improvements, aswell as developing client-specific solutions, and managing integrations between systemsKey responsibilities of the Business Analyst * Managing stakeholders through the discovery phase to for requirements elicitation and capture for new projects and change requests to existing IT systems* Liaising between business stakeholders, development team members, 3rd parties, clients and others as required to support delivery of IT solutions* Supporting the project/change sponsor in writing clear requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements* Clearly articulating business requirements and business process flows for programmes of work* Supporting test plan creation and execution as part of release management of changeKey skills required of the Business Analyst * Previous experience working within legal services is essential* Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts with key stakeholdersRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
