Vacancy Overview:Looking to start a career in Business Admin This could be the role for you !Working Week:40 hours Mon- Friday Flexible between 7:30- 17:00Weekly Wage:£19836Detailed Remit is recruiting a Business Admin Apprentice on behalf of Smart Parking. Smart Parking is a World Wide Parking Management Business that uses state-of-the-art technology. You will be joining the Parking Charge notice department and working with the senior client service manager. Your duties will be to:- Carry out accurate data entry and administrative tasks to support the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) process - Review images of vehicles to ensure the registration number read by the camera matches the images and match up payments where possible- Open all post, accurately log on our system and distribute to relevant departments- Photocopy / scan relevant documents - Analyse address details supplied by the DVLA- May be required to train on another team, such as Appeals- Any other reasonable, ad-hoc tasks requestedYou will get:- Business Admin Level 3 Qualification - Salary of £19,836.00 per year - on-site parking- Pension- 28 days paid holiday- Discount SchemeSkills Required: Taking ownership and being responsive Client service Communication skills (verbal and written) Teamwork and collaboration Integrity, openness, and honestydoing the right thing and doing what you say you will Problem-solving and using sound judgment Customer service experience Experience of Microsoft Office and ExcelPersonal Qualities: Good interpersonal skills A positive, can-do attitude Good listener Resilient and remains calm under pressure Works well with timescales and targets to achieve Willingness to learn and developOther Information:Can you get to workAre you willing to commit to a full Apprenticeship
