Every day we set out to achieve our vision: to make customers lives better, the Centrick way.DescriptionThis role is an exciting opportunity to lead and launch Centricks new building surveying service offering. Within the existing group infrastructure, this position offers the chance to create a service offering to compliment the needs of their clients andcustomers.With control of over 500 property blocks & 20,000 individual properties all controlled by in- house property managers, the scope of projects is huge.Centricks vision is to deliver many of these projects from this team in a more efficient, value-added and cost effective manner.Your role will be to create strong working relationships with the property managers and identify suitable projects, working with the external partners to deliver a highly professional offering to our customers.ProfileCentrick are seeking a commercially astute senior/director level building surveyor who can forge relationships with the current business partners to deliver projects in-house.The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering a large programme of simultaneous projects, with a strategic mind comfortable with creating and delivering a growth plan.Key Points:· Engender strong inter group relationships with other business divisions· Comfortable with P&L management· Create valuable products for the teams to utilise in our block management business· Create/schedule/execute large programmes of works (multiple unrelated jobs on different & unrelated buildings)· Understand or be familiar in managing a P&L· Be commercially minded to value works and projects given volume, complexity and urgency· Someone who can establish and run the business.· Must have a Resi / BTR / block management background· RICS qualified· Comfortable with travel· Able to build / manage a team in time· Experience in contractor / consultancy managementJob Offer· Salary - 60-70k· Car allowance - 5k· Bonus - 10% Healthcare Plan· Training & Development Programme· Professional Fees Paid· Enhanced Pension Scheme· Enhanced Sick Pay· Workplace Nursery Benefits· Menopause Leave· Parental Bereavement Leave· Enhanced Maternity & Shared Paternity Leave & Adoption Leave· Perkbox Rewards· Employee Assistant Programme· Healthcare Plan· CSR Days· Long Service Awards
