An unmissable opportunity has arisen for a Patient Booking Coordinator to join my client on a permanent basis.My client is a reputable private healthcare business with offices in Edgbaston near to Birmingham City Centre.They are looking for a customer focused and organised candidate with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will be motivated to be a top performer and take pride in your work and the relationships you strike up which ultimately lead to patients choosing this service.This role is predominantly booking procedures and hospital visits following a consultation. It is mainly about coordinating multiple parties however we do need someone who is empathetic yet persuasive and consultative to ensure the procedure completes. You will also discuss aftercare options.Salary = £20,000 per annum depending on experienceTeam bonus = Realistic OTE - £30,000Hours = Mon-Fri 9am-5pmParking is available on siteDuties include:• Manage and plan patient treatments• Optimise patient experience by corresponding and communicating with patients (phone, letter, email, social media)• Ensure appropriate documentation is prepared, monitored and recorded• Recognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the patient or business at risk• Liaise with departmental heads and secretaries• Independently prioritise workload and manage deadlines• GDPR aware• Provide an exceptional consultation service to patients• Experience in objection handling• Keep detailed records of all contacts using SalesforceDesired Skills and Experience• Previous targeted booking, customer service or telephone-based sales experience• Excellent customer service.• Excellent listening and communication skills.• Attention to detail and organisation.• Ability to manage a large workload and prioritise tasks.• Strong interpersonal and team-building capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships and manage effectively.• Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.• High attention to detail and focus on quality output necessary.So if you feel you have the right attitude and experience for this role, and you want to work for a company that provides an amazing service and rewards their staff, then apply today.
