Job Description

ResponsibilitiesBond Administrator (Birmingham - preferable) We’re Hiring!Aon’s UK Retail business are currently recruiting a Bond Administrator to join our Insolvency & Restructuring team. Preferably based in Birmingham you will support a busy, growing team supporting Insolvency Practitioners in managing their bonding programme.About the RoleAs a Bond Administrator some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and onboard new clients
  • Facilitate the renewalof Insolvency Practitioner Enabling Bonds
  • Identify each client’s service requirements and support them to ensure service exceeds agreed standards
  • Prepare and submit individual bordereau into Aon’s IT Platform
  • Using Aon’s bespoke Bonding platform, generate Summary reports and invoices for clients
  • Drive the highest level of service to each client, within area of responsibility
  • Build and maintain a good understanding of each client’s business
  • Build and maintain a good understanding of the Insolvency industry
  • Maintain client files in accordance with agreed procedures, keeping records complete, accurate and up to date
  • Ensure all agreed practices and tools are actively and consistently applied whilst all regulatory requirements and business processes are maintained
  • Develop strong client relationships by actively responding to queries and offering advice as appropriate
