Job Description

Bid Manager Salary£35,000 - £45,000DOE Contract Status +Competitive Uncapped Commission SchemeMonday to Friday 8am4pm (37.5 Hours Per Week)BirminghamThe Executive Network Group have partnered with aUK Leading Facilities Management company, who are looking for a Bid Managerto support both the Central Sales Team and Business Development Managers to achieve their goals. The successful candidate must be flexibleand adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. The successful candidate will report into the Senior Bid Manager.The Bid Managers Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all Bid Activity including the Bid Strategy
  • Manage time linesfor all opportunities, highlighting key dates and deadlines
  • Working in conjunction with departments across the business, ensure business practice and methodology is captured within their proposed solutions.
  • Preparation and management of all bid documentation
  • Source new business material and innovative ideas for the continual adaptation of Bid documentation
  • Complete relevant portal registrations & ongoing portal management and oversee updates via Proactis
  • Plan, prepare and host Kick-Off Meetings
  • Maintain open communication channels with Business Development Manager
The Ideal Bid Manager will have:
  • Minimum of 2 years in bid management
  • Cleaning industry experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and diary management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Knowledge
