Job Description

BI ManagerBirmingham Up to £65,000 + Bonus & BenefitsThe Company This is a very unique opportunity for you to join one of the largest network providers in the UK, giving you access to operate and influence senior management levels and stakeholders throughout the business! You will influence all levels of the organisation, as well as the satisfaction of the whole customer base, receiving first-class training and mentoring from some of the top 100 data and analytics professionals, building out your experience, driving innovation, with the view of long-term progression.The Role As the BI Manager, you will be part of the global transformation program and part of the continuous improvement team, with the focus on improving overall business processes, joining systems, processes, and people! It is vital that you understand business processes and how to join this with data in order to gain actionable insights. You will:

  • Be subject matter expert, taking a collaborative approach with key stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve e2e processes and champion Service Deliverys complex repair processes.
  • Manage and maintain authoritative knowledge regarding all intricate elements of the repair process, using new tooling to enable effective knowledge and change management of the e2e processes.
  • Enable Service delivery to make optimal decisions on the strategy and delivery roadmap for e2e repairs, ensuring processes are engineering and re-engineered in an optimal way.
  • Accountable for keeping a transparent record of how the repair orchestration system can be and is configured
  • Key Skills & Requirements
  • Lean certified
  • Certification in Agile Methodology, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Hands-on use experience with Aris Connect
  • Strong coding in SQL with the use of a visualisation tool such as Qlik or Tableau
