Job Description

Please apply for this job as soon as you can, if interested.We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated Dental Nurses to join our dental team who can relate to all age groups and who can assist clinicians and dental students with a full range of procedures.We are recruiting to a number of fixed term, substantive, part time and fulltime Band 4 Dental Nurse posts for various clinical areas across the Trust’s Dental Services. The hours will be worked flexibly between 08:00 and 20:00 including evenings and weekends. Travelling to support the clinics will be essential to this role.In addition to this we will also be looking to recruit to bank Dental Nurse posts.We will be happy to facility prospective candidates to visit the Dental Hospital and Community Dental Clinics prior to attending for the interviews. This will help candidates understand what we do as a Dental Services Division.Please refer to the enclosed job description and person specification for further information.Please note previous unsuccessful applicants during the last 6 months need not apply.The Trust’s Dental Services are an extensive, long established service which provides care for a wide range of patients on referral from general dental practitioners and others, who require specialist or specialised expertise. The service is provided at Birmingham Dental Hospital and from a number of community locations. The service also contributes to the teaching and training of undergraduate dental students, hygiene and therapy students and trainee dental nurses. We are looking for an qualified Dental Nurses who has full GDC Registration and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our team.IMPORTANT
