Job Description

Manpower is seeking a Transactional Procurement Assistant to support our NHS client in their day-to-day operations. Your role is vital in making sure everything runs smoothly.Key responsibilities

  • Utilise the Oracle eProcurement system for daily requisitioning of goods and services
  • Book train tickets and accommodation using the online travel booking system
  • Offer support, training, and advice in Transactional Procurement to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Provide monthly reports to keep customers and stakeholders informed
  • Obtain quotations from existing framework suppliers
Requirements:
  • Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with the Oracle eProcurement system is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle different tasks at the same time
Location: Work from HomeStart Date: ASAPHours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week (9 am - 5 pm)Hourly pay: £11.67 - £12.45Duration: Temporary for 4 months
