Job Description

Our client is a market-leading national surveying practice that operate across Infrastructure, Energy and Telecoms.As part of their growth in the region, they are looking to add an experienced Telecoms professional to work across the Midlands region and lead and develop the business and team in this area. If you’re ambitious, driven and well-organised and have experience in providing Surveying and property services to Telecoms clients then this role could very much be for you.You’ll have the flexibility to work on the road, from home and the office.The roleAs an Associate Telecoms Surveyor or Senior Telecoms Surveyor you’ll be leading on all Telecoms work for the region, including:

  • Strategic advice to Landowners, Operators and Developers
  • Negotiation of renewal and new site agreements
  • Rent reviews
  • Policy advisory (5G and small cells)
  • Regulator (Ofcom) representations
  • Expert witness
  • Lease and equipment audits
  • Apparatus removal or relocation for redevelopment
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (mediation, arbitration, expert determination)
  • This is a key requirement where you will have the opportunity to grow with the business and develop and build a team around you.You will need to be prepared to travel, have the experience of managing site visits and client expectations.About you
  • Professional qualifications in Land, property, surveying or related discipline
  • Preferably AssocRICS or MRICS
  • 4-6 years in Telecoms industry working on Land development matters
  • Good negotiator
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Management experience or
  • Entrepreneurial approach
