Youll sit within our Supply Chainfunction and play a key part in a new team structure. Overview of MerchandisingNot to be confused with Visual Merchandising, weare the backbone and engine room of Merchandisingspotting trends, divinginto the analytics and data to ensure the right stock is in the right place atthe right time. Working cross-functionally with our retail stores, web, buying,finance and distribution teams, here you will get a well-rounded experience andinsight into all departments to get amazing exposure across the business.Were futureproofing our structure so that were able to play with the big boys in theretail space. Well be thoughtful, well-planned, strategic and use properanalytics to make sure were spotting and ahead of the trends. Youll beworking across all the strategic elements, right through to getting the producton the floor and onto our e-commerce channel. • Oversee timely delivery of stock into the warehouse, to maximiseavailability in line with agreed KPIs and timelines for all channels.
• Ensure on-time delivery through supporting the achievement ofmerchandising milestones within the critical path, ensuring any issues areresolved or raised where appropriate, and communicating with suppliersaccordingly.
• Understand and use merchandising systems in the management ofintake and the stock position.
• Work with Merchandising Assistant to plan initial allocations andlaunch builds, ensuring that stock and availability targets are met.
• Identify where system parameters can be adapted to maximiseavailability and stock efficiencies.
• Responsible for order management in line with agreed budgetarycontrol and critical path.
• Own and manage SKU level forecasts to ensure sales, stock holding,margin and availability is optimised.
• Review key line forecasts weekly with guidance from theMerchandiser - make proposals for rebuys, order adjustments and cancellations.
• Review weekly trading performance to identify any issues andopportunities, and prepare relevant analysis as required.
• Complete attribute analysis to support the Merchandiser in rangereviews and promotional analysis.

• Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse and interpret data
• Currently an Assistant Merchandiser, or a Merch Admin / Allocatorlooking for your next challenge with an understanding of allocation and stockmanagement
