Job Description

OverviewOur client, a leading care charity providing specialist support over the United Kingdom, is currently seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their trailblazing, flexibly based finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIMA/ACCA studierlooking to gain commercial and business partnering experience in a dynamic and impactful business.The day to day will be fast paced, encompassing multiple facets of finance including; assisting the management accountant in producing timely and accurate management accounts, budgets, and forecasts & supporting business partners in preparing and presentingfinancial reports and analysis to senior management. You will also get some niche exposure in looking at income from various sources such as donations and rent.Skills Needed

  • Be comfortable challenging the status quo, identifying areas for improvement and sharing your ideas.
  • Be part-qualified CIMA/ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a management accounting role, ideally in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
